3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Orders are accepted through our website. Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards via our secure payment provider. Prices are in [CAD/USD] and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently offer shipping only. No local pickups are available at this time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or significantly different from what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation. Customers may be asked to provide photos, proof of purchase, and may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Return and Refund Policy

At Off the Hook, each plushie is handmade with care and creativity. Because of the unique, custom nature of our work, all sales are final. However, we always want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ask for a clear photo of the issue and, in most cases, you will not need to return the item. Instead, we may offer a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

Return Conditions

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Customers must provide proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email).
Return shipping (if required) is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of approval, and we’ll notify you by email once it’s done.

Choking Hazard Warning

Please note that some plushies contain safety eyes, which are securely attached but may still pose a choking hazard for small children, pets, or individuals with certain disabilities. Use with supervision, or select our sew-on eye option when available.
